Shipping Methods & Return Policies

Shipping:

Currently, I am the sole person running this store, so I ask your patience in filling orders. I endeavour to get each order sent out on the following business day.

I ship by Canada Post, always aiming to use the most cost-effective method of shipping. Where possible, if there is no price difference between a standard method and the Expedited option, I will bump up your package to Expedited in order to add a tracking number and add insurance to your order. This enables you access to a tracking number for your package, and enables us to replace any items that might be damaged or lost in shipping.

I pack each order personally (and irl shipping is my job) so I try to find that balance between cutting down on packaging size but still ensuring each item is adequately wrapped, supported or padded to ensure it gets to you in pristine condition. 


Returns:

If for some reason your goods arrive in less-than-satisfactory condition, or if for some reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, please send me a message to explain the problem. I will do whatever I can to correct the issue. I may require photos of any damages in order to file a damage claim with Canada Post, so if there is significant damage to the packaging, please do take a photo of it before disposing of the packaging. If I am unable to replace or otherwise compensate you for the goods, you are welcome to return the items to me in their original packaging. The return shipping will be at your cost, but I will refund you the cost of your initial purchase including the shipping to you.
